From the moment you reserve the your appointment your experience is already in motion.  Within 24 hours, you'll receive a welcome email that shares a bit more about me and everything you need to feel completely at ease before your visit.  It's all part of making sure you feel taken care of -- before you even walk through the door.

Together, we'll walk through a series of questions to make sure we're aligned on your hair goals.  Bring any inspiration photos you love-- visuals help us stay on the same page.

Hair health is always my top priority.  I'll share professional recommendations tailored to your hair's current condition, and we'll map out what's realistically achievable.

Some goals take time, so depending on your vision, it may take more than one appointment-- but we'll create a plan to get you there.

Home care is key to keeping your hair looking its best between visits.  I'll walk you through the products I use during your service and recommend the right ones to help protect and extend your results.

You'll also receive.a follow-up thank you email within 24 hours-- because your experience matters even after you leave the chair.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I value both your time and mine.  if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.  This allows me to offer your reservation to another client on my waitlist.

 

-- Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation may be subject to 50% service fee

-- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

-- Repeated cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

I understand that life happens-- if an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution 

By booking your reservation, you agree to these policies.  Thank you for respecting my time and the experience of all clients.

Your satisfaction is my top priority.  If you are not completely happy with your hair, please contact me with in 7 days of your original appointment so we can arrange a complimentary adjustment.

Adjustments are designed to fine-tune the original service based on the agreed-upon consultation.  They are not an opportunity to change the desired look entirely or request additional services outside the original scope.

No refunds are provided for services.  Any concerns communicated after 7 days, or changes in style or color outside the original plan, will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

My goal is always for you to leave feeling confident and in love with your hair-- please reach out promptly so I can make it right.
